our story
Going Places is a weekly travel column that has featured in Kenya’s Sunday Nation newspaper since the early 1990s, after its main author John Fox moved to Kenya from the UK. Over three decades later, the column is still going strong, aided by contributing authors Jan Fox, Andreas Fox and Lut Fox. Going Places Africa features many of these articles, as well as those that have been published in other, predominantly East African, media outlets. Although most focus on Kenya, we also post articles documenting our travels further afield, across Africa, Europe and Asia.
Going Places Africa
